  • Public Health

    The Public Health program (PH) strives to train health personnel who will liaison between the community and the public health services. The program imparts professional education and training for Associate Degree over a period of 5 semesters.

    This will conclude with a semester of on-the-job-training that will allow them to demonstrate sufficient ability, knowledge and skills to work in various sections in the Public Health Directorate, Municipality and the Environmental Agencies.

    Graduates of the program are qualified Public Health Inspectors, who can take up positions in the health field, municipality, the industrial sector and other establishments within the public and private sectors.

    Public Health students must earn 72 credits in order to graduate.
