The College campus is located in Manama, Bahrain’s capital. It is situated in the Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC) together with Salmaniya Hospital and the Arabian Gulf University. This location works to the advantage of the students, all of whom must spend considerable time gaining experience in various departments and clinical areas of the hospital. In addition to the training opportunities students have at Salmaniya Medical Complex, they have access to different health centers, the Public Health Directorate and other specialized hospitals.

The College campus includes the Administration and Student Affairs building, and Nursing and Laboratory Blocks. In addition, College facilities include a three floor block which houses classrooms, offices, laboratories, English Laboratory and Library. It also includes the state-of-the-art Al-Ma'arif Auditorium for classes, meetings, workshops, seminars and conferences for use by the College of Health Sciences, Salmaniya Medical Center and the Ministry of Health.

Eight science laboratories provide demonstration and experimental facilities to supplement theoretical study in Chemistry, Physics, Microbiology, Physiology, First Aid, Pharmacy and Biochemistry. Students training to become Medical Equipment Technicians have access to all necessary machines and equipment in the Medical Equipment Center at Salmaniya Medical Complex. In addition, a Computer Laboratory was installed in 1988 to train CHS students and staff as well as Ministry of Health personnel.

The Ahmed Al-Farsi Library serves the faculty, students of the College and all medical and health professional staff on the Island. The Ahmed Al-Farsi Library houses a comprehensive and up-to-date collection of books about medicine, nursing and other health-related subjects. The library subscribes to a large collection of international medical and nursing journals. The Library was established through a generous donation given by Shaikhan Ahmed Al-Farsi.

The Educational Development Center, which serves the entire MOH, is located in the Yousif bin Ahmed Kanoo Center for Continuing Education
